Growing up on the water in Galveston Island, Texas, I started fishing, cooking and enjoying the rewards of its beautiful bays and waters at an early age.
A lot of catching and even more cooking over the past 20 years have led to the creation of this book and I am so excited to share all my handcrafted tide-to-table recipes.
Tight Line Table uses attainable ingredients, flexibility and simple instruction so cooks at any level can easily follow and have fun.
The book contains over 50 original recipes with accompanying photos, and chapters are broken into four seafood categories - inshore, offshore, shellfish and salmon. So no matter what you catch that day (or what you have on-hand), you can find a recipe that works for you!
